How to Request Deletion

Users can request deletion of Creator Sathi account data by emailing SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE from their registered email address.

The request should include the registered email and reason for deletion. The reason is optional but helps us process the request correctly.

What We Delete or Anonymize

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, payment records where legally possible, automation data, leads, connected Instagram account records, and stored links.

Some logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, dispute handling, or abuse prevention purposes.

Disconnecting Instagram Access

Users can also disconnect Instagram access from their Meta/Facebook settings if applicable. This can stop future access from the connected Meta or Instagram account permissions.

Facebook/Meta Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your Instagram/Facebook account through Creator Sathi, you may request deletion by emailing SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE with subject “Data Deletion Request - Creator Sathi”.

Please include your registered Creator Sathi email, connected Instagram username if available, and any helpful details about the connected account.

Processing Time

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time after we verify the request and account ownership.
