Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, and profile photo if provided through login or account setup.

We collect payment submission details such as transaction ID / UTR number for manual UPI verification.

We collect automation settings created by users, including selected posts/reels, keywords, reply text, DM content, link delivery settings, lead capture settings, and analytics preferences.

Instagram and Meta Data

We may collect Instagram-related data only after the user connects their Instagram Professional account through official Meta APIs. Instagram data may include account username, connected account ID, media/post/reel metadata, comments/events, messages/events, and automation analytics required to provide the service.

Creator Sathi does not ask for or store Instagram passwords.

How We Use Data

• To provide, operate, and improve Creator Sathi services.
• To verify manual UPI payments and activate subscriptions.
• To run user-created automations and show creator analytics.
• To provide support, security, abuse prevention, and service communication.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share information only with service providers required to operate Creator Sathi, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect our users and service.

Cloud Services

We use Firebase/Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, and related infrastructure. These services help us securely operate the product and store user information required for the service.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted access.

User Choices and Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Creator Sathi account data by contacting support at SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE. Users may also disconnect Instagram/Facebook access from their Meta or Facebook settings where applicable.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Creator Sathi evolves. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date where appropriate.
