Refund & Cancellation Policy
This simple policy explains how Creator Sathi handles manual UPI payments, payment rejection, duplicate payments, and refund requests.

Current Payment Mode
Current payment mode is manual UPI. Payments are reviewed manually by an admin before a subscription is activated.
Payment Review
If a payment submission is rejected or cannot be verified, the user subscription will not be activated. Users may be asked to provide correct transaction details or proof of payment.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case based on payment status, service usage, account condition, and the reason for the request.
No refund will be provided for misuse, policy violations, illegal activity, or suspended accounts caused by user misconduct.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment happens, users can contact support at SUPPORT_EMAIL_HERE with registered email, transaction IDs, and transaction details for review.
Cancellations
Users may stop using Creator Sathi at any time. Manual subscriptions may require support review for cancellation or renewal handling.
