Use of Service

Creator Sathi is an Instagram automation platform for creators. Users must use their own Instagram Professional account and are responsible for maintaining the required Meta/Instagram permissions.

Creator Sathi uses official Meta/Instagram APIs where applicable. Users must follow Meta/Instagram policies, platform rules, community standards, and applicable laws.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use Creator Sathi for spam, illegal activities, scams, harassment, fake offers, phishing, collecting sensitive data, misleading promotions, or any activity that violates platform policies or applicable law.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their content, replies, DMs, links, files, offers, lead forms, and automation settings. Users should ensure all campaigns are truthful, lawful, and respectful.

Pricing and Payment

Creator Sathi pricing during early access is 3 days free trial, ₹149 first month, and ₹199/month renewal. Manual UPI payment must be reviewed and approved by an admin before paid access is activated.

Early Access Service

The service is provided as-is during early access/MVP. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, follower growth, revenue, or lead conversion.

Automation may be paused or unavailable if APIs fail, permissions expire, connected accounts are restricted, rate limits apply, policy issues occur, or service maintenance is required.

Suspension

Accounts may be suspended, limited, or terminated for misuse, suspected abuse, policy violations, illegal activity, payment issues, or behavior that harms Creator Sathi, users, or third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update features, pricing, policies, or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Creator Sathi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
